Things that I want to change about my diet: At the moment I have just focused on losing weight and points counting. I have had fruit, but not enough veg, and I havent been eating a lot of protein, fish and so on, and I also want to eat lentils. Be healthier in general, do more than 1 times a week exercise (more like 4 times a week). I really want to meditate at least once a day.
