Day 6, Operation Looking GOOD

Vitamin tablet, not at the moment, I hope later to take it.

As I was almost 81 kilos, whatever I am on Wednesday under 80 is a bonus. I think my official weigh in, only a few days after the diet was 79.2 kilos. That was nearly a 2 kilos lost in a couple of days of diet. I imagine it was the shock of cutting down after eating as a pig, from now on I am aware that the process will slow down.

Day 5, Operation Looking GOOD

Did no exercise (some walking, but not enough to be called exercise)

I do feel hungry, but the results are quite quick and it would be unfair to say that I have to make a big sacrifice, I have more or less planned the meals for the next days. You will have to remind me about the name of those allbran bars for when I go carrefour on Tuesday.

Day 4, Operation Looking GOOD

Points:

pumpkin puree (culprit the oil) ------------------ 8.5 points
turkey sandwich ( 4 points )
corn cake ( 0.5 )
fitness bar ( 1.5)
lu biscuits ( 2 )
cheese sante and onion on 1 toast (1.5)

Then late at night one more corn cake (0.5)

No vitamin tablet (felt too sick)


The big mistake was the amount of oil put in the puree, next time I will be putting half. The problem was that later in the evening I had a very bad sinus headache, and that always makes me feel sick and only eating something takes away that feeling. I then had my biscuits and cheese on toast, and felt better then, but at 12 oclock at night, I was stupidly hungry, and my head was really bad and with it the feeling sick. So at 3 in the morning I had 1 corn cake.

It is not really a problem. You have to add up your points together at the end of the week, and as long as they are 18 x 7, you are fine, and there was a day that I eat less than 18.

I feel slimmer and look better in general, especially my face.

I am very determined to get to my goal of being slim for the summer. And before the summer I MUST BE 60 something (69.9 will do)

I am looking forward for going for my massage tomorrow. I like Fridays, and now I like them even more. Planning to make some pumpkin pure, will have to count out how much bread I can have with it. Weekends can be more tricky with the diet, it is easier to eat less when at work. Having said that, I have got out of the habit of going straight to the Chinese, they must miss me! ( I mean the money I spend). I have had a luffle bar in my bag for days. I could have one, but it would be quite a few points. I don't seem to eat that much, but points soon go

My goal in the wiifit, to lose 4 kilos in the next 2 months. I want to lose more, but this would be the minimum. Lets go for it.

Day 2, Operation Looking GOOD

I am calling from Madrid. Here are my points:

Lunch:

Snacks:
3 packs of Diet Lu mini biscuits (they contain 3) ( 6 points)
5 corn cakes (2.5 points)

1 edam cheese light (1 point)

It is very strange about the mayonnaise. Before, light mayonnaise had about 27% fat, and you can get it in the supermarket still. But ligeresa have bought out a new one that has only 3% fat, I mean, that is a big big difference. IT does taste a bit weird I must say, but it does have nearly 10 times less fat, and 3 times less calories.

I do feel a bit peckish at night, before going bed. Not ravenous, more like I could pick at things, greedy things, but I am not really hungry. It has just been my way in the last months to always eat what I wanted when I wanted and to be full all the time, and to pick at food as if it was a pastime.

Tomorrow I have to eat more fruit. Oh, I just remembered, last night I had a mandarine before going bed, but that is 0 points, but good to have had some fruit.

P.S. I have officially looked up the points in a kinder egg and it is 2.5.

I am surprised it added up to so much, as I didnt even have a proper meal. It goes to show, how easily the points add up. Things that will help: get some lighter cheese, eat more fruit, get some of those corn crackers (only 0.5 points).

I dont know if to weigh myself one day this week, or wait til next Wednesday. I will then get on the wii, and ask it to set me a goal of losing 4 kilos in 6 weeks.

I am sick of not looking how I want to look, and not doing what I want to do. So I am going to change that.
